One of the fashion-forward trends in semi-permanent make up is faux freckle tattooing. The freckles are made by machine and use up to three different colors to give freckles a natural look. Freckles applied across the bridge of the nose and a light dusting on the cheeks give the perfect illusion of natural, youthful sun-kissed beauty.
It doesn’t matter how old you are (as long as you are 18 – semi-permanent makeup is not for minors), you can enjoy impression of sun-kissed skin with having the faux freckles. Freckles can be applied on any skin tone, from very pale to very dark.
They last 1-3 years.
Annual color refreshing/touch up is recommended.
Cheek Ink Tattoo
A new trend coming from Europe is the semi-permanent cheek blush ink tattoo. The procedure is a solution for everyone, at any age (not just for women), who has allergy or sensitivity to different makeup ingredients or just wants to add an esthetic, natural and healthy glow to their facial skin without the daily makeup routine. Applying it together with freckles, the result becomes an even more bright and youthful face! The Cheek blush tattoos are done with an electric PMU device, which means that specialized cosmetic warm hues of pinky and peachy color pigments will be injected into the dermis layer of your skin with thin needles creating a soft blush effect. If you’re going for a sun kissed look, nudes and bronze shades will be perfect. The procedure itself takes about 2 hours, applying is very gentle and it is painless. After the procedure, the color will be more harsh and vivid as the desired goal color, but after the healing process (5-7 days ) is over, the 60% of the pigments will fade out, and the color will be soft, light and it’ll blend in. The result will last 2-3 years, and the color will fade naturally.
The annual color refresh is recommended.
Salt & Saline Tattoo Removal
Highly effective simple and safe method of tattoo removal. It is commonly used on semi-permanent makeup procedures that are no longer desired, but can be also used on body tattoos. The main ingredient used is Sodium Chloride (Salt). The technique used for salt and saline tattoo removal is very similar to the techniques used for administering micropigmentation, which you will already be very familiar with. With implanting the sterile salt solution into the unwanted tattoo ink causes puncturing of the skin, and opens the area, creating an environment for the salt and saline to enter, and therefore the osmotic process is induced, which successfully attracts the fragmented ink particles, thus drawing them out of the skin.
CLIENTS SHOULD EXPECT TO NEED BETWEEN 4-8 PROCEDURES BEFORE ACHIEVING THE RESULTS THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. EVERY CLIENT IS DIFFERENT AND WILL NEED THEIR EXPECTATIONS MANAGED, DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF THE PREVIOUS PIGMENT COVERAGE AND DEPTH.
