GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PEPPERMINT BROWS & PERMANENT MAKEUP LAB’s BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. Broken or irritated skin
    If you have any broken, irritated, or blemished skin around the area of treatment, it is best you reschedule. You may be refused service on the day and lose your deposit if you show up with compromised skin.
  2. Medically contraindicated
    If you are deemed medically unsuitable for your intended treatment the deposit will be refunded. Your technician will have sole discretion in making this decision and will inform you during your appointment.
  3. Timings
    Please arrive on time at the beauty suite for your scheduled appointment. We are unable to give access to early arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late on your appointment, you will be considered a no-show, and your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
  4. Come alone
    Better to attend all appointments on your own because you can not bring any other person with you into the procedure room.
  5. Refunds
    We do not offer refunds. If for any reason you are not happy with the treatment you have received please get in touch and we will do our utmost to help you. If in a very exceptional circumstance we are unable to keep your appointment, then we will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
  6. Right to refuse treatment
    We reserve the right to refuse clients treatment if the permanent makeup artist judges it is inappropriate or unsuitable, based on the observance of face biology, aesthetics, wellbeing and the expectations of the client.
  7. Your pre- and after-care responsibilities
    We will provide you with instructions to prepare for your treatment and to take care of your permanent makeup after the treatment. The success of your treatment depends upon you following this guidance, and not following these instructions can lead to negative results. At PEPPERMINT BROW & PERMANENT BEAUTY LAB we rely on our clients to be entirely open and honest about their medical history and their skincare regimes, and any important information that can impact the success of their PMU treatment, for example, whether they are going on holiday and exposing their skin to the sun. We cannot be held responsible should clients withhold information or fail to consult and adhere to our guidance.
We want you to have a successful beauty treatment that you love.

Client Policy:

No children under 18 are allowed in procedure room. We also ask that no small children are in waiting area of the salon as we want to provide the best relaxation atmosphere for our clients. Thank you for understanding.
Two or more (sometimes 3 to 4 depends on the treatment) appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete most semi-permanent make-up procedures depending on each persons skin. It is recommended to have your follow-up up appointment within 6-8 weeks (not longer than 12 weeks) from your original procedure. We include ONLY ONE free touch-up appointment in the initial procedure price. The free touch up procedure is guaranteed only for 12 weeks following the initial procedure date. After 12 weeks and all other follow-up appointments will be charged 50% of the initial procedure price. (With the exception of saline tattoo removal, which is $150 per treatment). After one full year since initial procedure, maintenance fees will apply which is 50% of the initial procedure fee. However, if you wait longer than 14 months you may be required to pay full price for your color – boost service. If you do not book your free follow-up appointment at the same time as you book your initial procedure or as you get finished your initial procedure, you will have to wait for the first available appointment which may delay your treatment.

Appointment Deposit & Reservations:

At the PEPPERMINT BROW & PERMANENT BEAUTY LAB we screen all clients and reserve the right to refuse service. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment and allocate our time. The $100 deposit for will be deducted from your treatment price. Before you make an appointment pls read our policy carefully and check the contraindications. After booking your appointment you will have 30 minutes to make a deposit payment ONLY by Zelle or Venmo using the name “Peppermint Beauty”. If the payment for deposit is not received upon booking the booking will be cancelled without notice. The remaining amount due towards your treatment must be paid on the day of procedure. You can pay by Zelle, Venmo and in cash as well ! This also applies to touch-up procedures.

No Show Policy:

Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full or appointment may not be rebooked. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please book your appointment & plan in advance!!

Cancellation Policy:

**To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule.**
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48 hour advance notice is mandatory or the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If you do not reschedule a minimum 48 hours in advance, you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $ 100 deposit to secure your next appointment.

Additional Treatment Policy:

If at any time, you go to another technician after our technician at PEPPERMINT BROW & PERMANENT BEAUTY LAB has done your original procedure/s, we can no longer perform any future touch ups. If you have had prior Semi Permanent Makeup procedure/s from another technician and require corrective work you will need to advise us prior to the appointment. It will be up to our discretion as to whether or not a procedure will be possible.
Clients that have had Semi-Permanent Makeup performed by another technician will be charged the full price for the first visit with us regardless of the procedure.
Once the free follow-up procedure is completed, any further work constitutes new procedure and is charged accordingly.
